Take a Breather is a mid-day well-being break that uses breathwork, guided meditation, and gentle stretches to refresh and relax. Sessions are organized around the 4-elements and focused on specific objectives useful for both organizations and individuals. Take a Breather sessions lasts 15 minutes and provide participants with tools they can use anytime. The goal of these sessions is to provide a short pause in your day to fill up your cup, reset, release tension and de-stress. No prior experience is necessary.
