  • “Shannan, I wanted to tell you how much I enjoy the Wellfests Well-Being Sync Ups. I attend weekly. I especially like the neck and shoulder pain class on Tuesdays. I have been suffering from neck and shoulder pain for over a year. I’m pretty sure it relates to computer mouse movement because it is only on my right side. I have made numerous adjustments to my workstation, which have helped, but I still get uncomfortable as the day progresses. The exercises we do alleviate the discomfort. I even use the recorded sessions whenever the discomfort is particularly bothersome. I have a weak left wrist too, and the exercises we do on Thursdays helps with that. I haven’t had to wear my splint in quite a few weeks. I hope that FICO continues the sync-ups in 2021. Thank you for leading the sync ups!”
